An unconventional romance following a beautiful woman as she mysteriously discards her lovers.

Monica, a beautiful depressive, leaves her lover to go on errands and never returns. She drifts through the city streets, mocked by the overbearing skyscrapers and anonymous public. She finds her way into the arms of another man, but the company only compounds her isolation. Her longing for love is quickly fulfilled, but just as quickly dissipates like sand through her fingers, leaving her to return to the anonymity of the crowded street, sharing only mutual disconnection.
